The "Orchidée" jewelry collection is inspired by the exotic beauty and power of nature, honoring the delicate elegance of orchids and also a symbol of femininity and fertility. Each piece celebrates the natural wonder that created these flowers, capturing their grace and timeless allure.
Nature’s Embrace: Inspired by Exotic Orchids
A glimpse into the research: exploring the orchid in all its forms, shapes, colors, and types - from roots to petals. I also experimented with creating a new interpretation of the flower by combining elements from various orchid species.
Final Result:
A haute joaillerie necklace featuring an emerald branch adorned with three titanium orchids, each set with sapphires and cradling a fire opal in a diamond-paved pocket. The piece captures the vibrant colors and natural symmetry found in the beauty of orchids.
Divine Petals: The Feminine Spirit of the Orchid
The orchid symbolizes femininity through its delicate beauty, elegant form, and timeless association with sensuality and fertility. Often seen as a representation of grace, mystery, and inner strength, the orchid reflects the unique and powerful essence of the feminine spirit across many cultures.
My aim was to create a piece of jewelry that embodies feminine intuition and energy, designed to enhance and celebrate the femininity of the person who wears it.
For this necklace, I chose a highly figurative element: the head of a goddess. Crafted in white gold and rubies, the piece symbolizes the feminine third eye—representing intuition, inner strength, and spiritual awareness.
Embracing the sensuality of feminine curves is what empowers a woman in her energy. This ring, representing the symmetry of two women's bodies, mirrors the structure of an orchid. Together, they form a heart, symbolizing the love a woman holds for herself and for other women.
